Surface HD Industrial Scanning 3D Camera incorporates the independently developed microstructure light projection technology and artificial intelligence algorithms, adopts the ultrafast laser encoding full-field projection mode, and can directly output 3D point cloud data at 2~10HZ.

Surface HD Industrial 3D Cameras

Surface HD Industrial 3D Cameras can work at distances ranging from 60mm to 2600mm.
At working distance of 60mm-150mm, the maximum accuracy of Surface HD is up to 0.02mm, applicable to the scanning and inspecting of chips and micro parts that require high accuracy.
At working distance of 150mm-1200mm, Surface HD can efficiently perform corresponding tasks such as logistics picking, inspection, feeding and unloading, workpiece alignment and assembly.
At working distance of 1200mm-2600mm, Surface HD can apply to medium and large objects in tasks such as their recognition and inspection, path planning, picking and palletizing.

Free software and open SDK for exploring the capabilities of Surface HD

Surface HD can collaborate with robots or work independently in path planning and guidance, seam tracking, palletizing and 3D modeling applications.
